A.P.I. was founded by Lata Iongi. Lata works on concrete, stucco and siding projects in Utah. The name API means home in Tongan, and that's at the center of how he approaches every project. Whether it's stucco, siding or concrete, his belief is simple: do the job the right way, treat people fairly, and leave behind work that lasts.

What we look at

Size and layout, what's there now and whether it has to come out, access for trucks and equipment, grade and drainage, and the finish you want. Photos and rough measurements get us most of the way; we confirm everything on site.

What's included

The quote spells out the scope: tear-out and haul-off if needed, base prep, materials, labor and cleanup. If something isn't in the number, we say so up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Why we sometimes say no

If a job isn't a fit (the wrong season for a pour, a wall that needs a different trade first, or a scope we don't do well), we'll tell you instead of taking the work and doing it halfway.

Are you licensed and insured?

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Orem and serve Utah County and Salt Lake County, including Provo, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Springville, Spanish Fork, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, South Jordan and Daybreak, Herriman, Riverton, Draper and Sandy.

Where are you based and what are your hours?

We are based in Orem and we come to you; we do not have a showroom. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We serve Utah County and Salt Lake County.

What concrete work do you do?

We handle driveways, walkways, patios, RV pads and other flatwork. Preparation and finish are matched to the project.

Do you only do full stucco jobs, or do you do repairs too?

Both. We repair cracks and damaged areas, refresh tired exteriors, and do full exterior stucco systems. We aim to blend repairs with the surrounding wall; existing color, texture and weathering can affect the final match.

How do I know if my stucco needs a repair or a full rebuild?

The right repair depends on the wall's condition and the cause of the damage. Cracks, staining, soft areas or bulging may need an on-site assessment before we recommend a repair scope.

Do you install James Hardie siding?

We install James Hardie fiber cement siding, including siding replacements and selected exterior upgrades.

Can you add siding to a stucco house?

It may be possible. We need to assess the existing wall, moisture conditions and transition details before recommending an approach.
